| Take the Wrap out of package. Open up the Wrap on a soft flat surface (i.e. bed) with shoulder straps on top. Lay child down on the Wrap so the straps are above the shoulders. |

Take the right side (child's left) of the Wrap's "Fingers" and wrap the Fingers across the chest. Bring the lines between the Fingers to dangle on the right side (child's left). Fingers should line up on top and bottom of the Biopatch. |

Take the left side (child's right) of the Wrap & fold across the chest lining up with the Hook & Loop Velcro closure of the Fingers for a snug fit. |

Roll the child to your left (child's right side). The "Hub" should be secured with the cream-colored tab. If the line is too long, use tape to shorten the line by looping (being careful not to kink) and secure the line with tape. |

Secure the appropriately color-coded lumen clamp with the red, blue or yellow-striped tab. If you have a different colored lumen, use a magic marker to identify the lumen on the yellow-striped tab. |

Place the lumens inside the back flap pouch to secure. |

Finally, bring the straps over the shoulders and attach to the Velcro patch on the front. Shorten the straps by criss-crossing them in front or back of the child. |
